Here is your child’s chance to learn camping skills on the Island as they surround themselves in nature. During the day they'll enjoy outdoor cooking, canoeing/kayaking, archery and hiking, plus evening programs, Bible study and more. Your choice of sleeping quarters: Tents or Tipis. This is one of the best experiences that you can have at camp! Learn how to ride, groom, and feed a horse. By the end of the week, you'll be able to saddle your own horse; take it out on a nice trail ride, and perhaps do a few games on horseback. You'll wish the week would never end! This 5-day event is for youth 8-11 who want to do some fishing, but also want to have the fun of camp. We provide a rod, reel, and some tackle for you to take home. We'll use our boats and pontoon to fish East Battle Lake, one of the premier lakes in the state. There will be shore fishing, trolling, still fishing, and night fishing (not too late).

There is nothing like being at Splash Camp on a hot summer day! We offer campers lots of summer water fun, including plenty of time at the beach, a giant slippery slide, kayaking, canoeing, water volleyball and basketball, singing around the campfire and great evening activities.

This new event takes the best of our Creation-Safari and Young Scientist Camps adds in some new opportunities for learning, recreation, experiences, worship, and service. Each camper will design their own experience that may include adventures, arts and photography, science, nature, leadership skills, and much more. There will be group experiences as well as individual opportunities. This would be a great program to bring your junior high youth to. Send your child on the ultimate journey of exploration. God has given us a wonderful place to search for strange animals, neat plants, big fish, and lots of bugs. During our Creation-Safari camps we’ll be teaching youth to see just how miraculous those creations are. We’ll have fun with butterflies, fish, horses, flowers, and bugs. This year our safari will take us to Christ Serve Ranch where we’ll be camping in tents or tipis. At the same time we’ll be taking a safari into God’s word to hunt dinosaurs, giant fish, exotic plants, and strange weather patterns. This is the way camp has been for three generations and we've set aside some of the best weeks of the summer for them. It is based on kids having lots of fun doing many different activities. The list of things to do includes: archery, basketball, softball, disc golf, swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, volleyball, and more. Classic Camps include a great Bible Study, sing-a-longs, devotions, cookouts, skit night, canteen, and crafts. Horseback riding will be an option available for campers. The Biggest is a special celebration with big events, big activities, and big treats.

Our July 21-26 week will be a week of “The Biggest”. Our goal is to have the biggest week of camp in recent history. We want 200 or more campers. Those that will participate will be: making the biggest sandcastle, playing the biggest volleyball game, eating the biggest banana split, making the biggest smiley face, having the biggest beach party, playing the biggest game of dodge ball, having the biggest watermelon seed spitting contest, and lots more of the biggest activities.
Parents, if you have children who are 12-14, try out our Voyageur Classic Camp going on the same weeks.
Beginner Horse Camp Weekend:
This event is for our younger campers who want to be a horseback rider but aren’t yet ready to participate in a weeklong event. Participants will spend time getting to know their horse and learn the basics of horsemanship including grooming, groundwork, respect, and riding. We’ll use some of our smaller and wiser horses. Most of our time will be spent in an arena. Campers may stay at Christ Serve Ranch.
