Take 30 or so kids who’ve been in school for 6 months; bring them out to camp for a weekend in the middle of February; throw in some of our best and brightest staff members; throw in a foot or two of snow, 18 inches of ice, and some great facilities; mix in a hayride, broomball, Thumper pond, skiing and hiking, a few campfires, hot chocolate, a great Bible Study, moving devotions and worship, and you have Trailblazer Winter Adventure. This year’s Adventure is scheduled to begin Friday evening February10th and will close out Sunday noon on the 12th. The cost is $89. Some camperships may be available. Christmas Break Horseback Event
We have an arena and we're going to use it for a great Horseback riding event during Christmas break. That's right!! Join us for several days of riding, a trip to Thumper Pond, a excellent Bible Study, winter campfires, a sleigh ride and so much more. This is an event that you'll never forget. Special Equine Assisted Youth Leadership event
We've added a new Equine Assisted Learning program through our Equine College. It will be held December 29-30. This event is intened for youth who are leaders or ready to be leaders in their youth group or school. This very special event will allow youth to learn about trust, leadership, group dynamics, and problem solving. Cost is $55. Register using this form. Click here

The Story of Jesus in the Stars
Reverend Carl Noble of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Perham will be leading the first retreat at Christ Serve Ranch. His topic will be “The Story Of Jesus In The Stars”. Pastor Noble is a noted amateur astronomer and has led retreats at Lutheran Island Camp in the past. Pastor Noble has an extensive collection of beautiful photographs of stars, galaxies, and other astronomical phenomenon.
Weather permitting, we’ll be taking our telescope, binoculars, and cameras out to search the skies for God’s creation in the heavens.

Join us for our Annual Polar Plunge Weekend! This great youth retreat begins Friday evening and ends Sunday at noon. Included will be pizza, Thumper Pond Water Park, great Bible Study and worship, broom ball, and, of course, the option of a dip in the lake Saturday afternoon.
Date: February 24-26
Cost: $89 $49 for the entire weekend; $40 $30 for all day Saturday; no cost for Polar Plunge alone. Deposit: $25 Thank you to the Minnesota North District for their generous support through the Stepping Out In Faith grant.
Would you like to come to camp for a youth retreat? We’ve set aside several weekends for that purpose. You can plan the retreat or we’ll help you. Costs will vary according to special activities, meals, and number of nights stayed, but a basic rate for two nights and 5 meals is $89. Click here for a brochure.
