2009 Brochures Coming Soon The 2009 summer brochures have arrived at Lutheran Island Camp. We'll be sending them out in the very near future. Once again this year the brochure takes the form of a coloring book, but also adds in a number of puzzles. |

We know that you’ve just started Sunday School, but now is the time to plan to join us on January 10, 2009 for our annual VBS workshop. Paul Berg of Concordia Publishing House will be here at camp to share with you the great materials from CPH. Because LIC is now affiliated with CPH, you can order through us and up to 25% of the proceeds will help children attend camp next year. Cost is $25 for the first person from each congregation and $10 for each person thereafter.Want to help with the renovation and winterization of the Chapel? We have several projects going on this fall. We need volunteers and donations to cover the $60,000 cost of siding, insulation, windows and interior paneling. Send your check marked "Fall Projects" and join other congregations, organizations, and individuals who are helping enhance the appearance and use of the Chapel. To date we've already raised $20,000. The electrical work and insulation is now complete as far as we can go. We've also finished the exterior siding.
